Shipping
The shipping charge that is calculated at the time of the order is an estimate based on the weight of your item(s). Due to the various sizes and weights of our products, the actualshipping charge will be calculated after your order has been received. This way you pay for the exact shipping amount and not a flat fee. We ship from two national warehouses (Connecticut and Ohio) and choose the most economical method of delivering your product. Please notify us if you would like us to contact you with the shipping charges before your order is shipped.Orders are shipped within 2 business days unless otherwise notified. Most products are in stock and ready to ship. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Sales Tax 
No sales tax is charged for orders shipped outside of Connecticut. Sales tax of 6% is charged to orders being shipped within Connecticut.

Security
All of your confidential information and shopping transactions are protected and encrypted on our site using one of the most trusted brands in internet security, Verisign. This is indicated by the Verisign Silver Seal which is displayed on all our store’s pages. We invite you to click on this seal to verify our authenticity and valid secure certificate.

If payment is made using a check, the order is not shipped until after payment has cleared. If payment is made by money order, then order is not shipped until after money order is received.

Return Policy
Equipment can be returned within 15 days by contacting Action Enterprises and receiving a return authorization number. We will advise the best method to return the product. There is a restocking fee of 25% plus return freight unless our mistake.

Food products and food containers may not be returned.

Warranty
Equipment manufactured by Gold Medal Products comes warranteed for 2 years on parts and 6 months on labor. This does not cover damage due to accident, alteration, improper use, voltage, abuse, or failure to follow instructions.

International Orders
Please call us at +1 203.397.0822 if you are ordering equipment to be shipped outside the U.S. Export models are available that operate on 230 volt, 50 hz. We will use the most economical mode and cost of shipping your items.

Privacy Policy
