The Gold Medal 3453CN Boo Blue Flossine® enhances the taste and aroma of cotton candy with a blue raspberry flavor that turns the treat blue. It comes in a 1-pound jar. To create cotton candy, the operator should mix 1 to 2 tablespoons of Flossine with 10 pounds of coarse or large granulated sugar. This mixture is made without cornstarch to prevent ribbon heating elements in the machine from clogging.
